Do you waste money on nasty diet programs and are you truly happy with them?
- I do not do diets. I am fat, I accept it and I am working on it. The only diet that will ever work is the one that you come up with yourself and can stick to forever. The people who use Jenny Craig just haven't realized that yet, but at least they have acknowledged that a change is needed. Thats a start
- no i do not like. but really diet can reduce our weight. i do not take risk in trying anything new
- its not as simple as just eating fruits and veggies. i went to weight watchers back in '04 when i was 16 / i went for 2 months and i did not waste any money because it worked! i was a bit overweight and i lost it and haven;t been overweight since then. all together throughout the years i have lost about 25lbs thanks to weight watchers so again not a waste of money

- I have done the Curves thing, and I have done some other things. My main problem in the exercise. I just do not do it enough, and at the end. it's because I am a lazy person. I can be honest
